typeface F5.6 has been used as a source of inspiration to develop a new font called FA-1. This new typeface is specifically designed to extract and reconstruct sci-fi elements from F5.6. With FA-1, designers can create futuristic designs that are reminiscent of the sci-fi genre. By building on the existing foundation of F5.6, FA-1 provides a unique and versatile option for designers looking to add a touch of science fiction to their work. Whether it's for movie posters, book covers, or digital displays, FA-1 is a great choice for anyone looking to incorporate futuristic design elements into their work. So, FA-1 is a sci-fi inspired typeface that builds on the original F5.6 to offer a unique and versatile option for designers.F5.6 font was a mixture of the design of a standard typeface for machine engraving and the design of a typeface mainly composed of straight lines that appears in (good old) science fiction works, but the elements of the standard typeface for machine engraving were since reorganized the F1. Basically, only horizontal, vertical, and 45° straight lines are used for the skeleton, and while creating the atmosphere of a bitmap font for low resolution, the corners are rounded to prevent it from becoming too stiff. Did. The basic part is based on the typeface used in the OVA "Battle Fairy Yukikaze". While incorporating the atmosphere of the original, each character was designed from scratch with consideration for readability.

PREAMBLE
The goals of the Open Font License (OFL) are to stimulate worldwide
development of collaborative font projects, to support the font creation
efforts of academic and linguistic communities, and to provide a free and
open framework in which fonts may be shared and improved in partnership
with others.

The OFL allows the licensed fonts to be used, studied, modified and
redistributed freely as long as they are not sold by themselves. The
fonts, including any derivative works, can be bundled, embedded,
redistributed and/or sold with any software provided that any reserved
names are not used by derivative works. The fonts and derivatives,
however, cannot be released under any other type of license. The
requirement for fonts to remain under this license does not apply
to any document created using the fonts or their derivatives.
